for the past three years we have worked as sub for a Contractor based in the east coast, painting warehouses and distribution centers, our teams have gained the experience that these projects require, to comply with safety, our foremen are OSHA 10 certified, our employees go through a very intense training program that include, Fire Safety, Aerial Lift Safety, Fall Protection, Ladder Safety among others to assure the safety of the G.C and its subs. Scheduling, sequence and turn over dates are the most important keys to produce these projects. We have worked along project superintendents, project managers and project engineers for projects such as Amazon Bakersfield, Amazon Beaumont, project First Base and Shelby in Sacramento CA, and project Shewy in Reno Nv. Our industrial services include new or repaint conventional or textured masonry topcoats, office painting, vertical expansion joint sealants, and apron/paving joint sealants.
